SINGER

Rado Moznich was born in 1988 and comes from Košice. He began singing songs by the legendary band Bon Jovi when he was just a little boy. It was his mother who introduced him to music, as she often listened to this band.

He was already performing at various cultural events at the age of twelve. It was during the time when Bon Jovi’s global megahit “It’s My Life” was topping charts. Audiences everywhere wanted to hear Rado sing this song because even then, the tone of his voice was very similar to that of frontman Jon Bon Jovi.

In 2003, he received an offer from the authors to record the anthem of the Slovak national hockey team — “Nech Bože dá,” which he presented in January 2004 at the OTO 2003 awards ceremony. In April 2004, the CD single was released by the BMG label. The record was christened by Zlata Dzurillová, the wife of the late Slovak hockey goalkeeper of the century, Vlado Dzurilla, along with hockey legend Jozef Golonka. On this occasion, they presented Rado with a gold record. In May 2012, he was invited by the management of the Russian KHL hockey league, where he eventually performed the anthem in Moscow.
